A Spanish voice talent can record a text only if  the dialect used in it corresponds to the region he/she comes from. There are two main groups of Spanish voice talents: Castilian and Catalan native speakers. Voice over in Catalan can be performed by a Spanish voice talent who was born and raised in Catalonia, an area situated in the North-East of Spain. Castilian voice over is much more wide spread as Castilian is another name for standard Spanish. So any Spanish voice talent can record a text in Castilian.
